Eastern PSEA Leadership Conference
For the first time ever, Eastern PSEA opened its annual Leadership Conference, held at Bear Creek Mountain Resort, to Student PSEA members, offering a full track of 4 student-based breakout sessions for student members to attend. Members were able to network with teachers in the field and active PSEA members in the region. Eastern PSEA looks forward to more student involvement in the region in the upcoming year.
West Chester University: Healthy Children, Healthy Schools ConferenceOn November 14th, 2015, members of Kutztown's Student PSEA chapter attended the Southeastern Region Student PSEA Conference held at West Chester University. Members attended multiple breakout sessions which focused on generating a healthy environment throughout schools and, in turn, it's positive effect on learners.

Meeting on October 20, 2015On October 20, 2015 Molly Mirabito, a UniServ Representative in the PSEA Eastern Region office, gave a powerful presentation on social media dangers. Printed out PowerPoint presentations were provided for all members to take notes on. Many members really enjoyed this topic and found it to be very beneficial.

Meeting on November 17, 2015On November 17, 2015 Corinne Fecho, another UniServ Representative in the PSEA Eastern Region Office, gave a presentation on what unions are, and why you should join your local association. Liability insurance is definitely a must, but what else can you benefit from being a member? Members took a lot away from this presentation and learned more about what their role is as a Student PSEA member.
